The best coffee in the world can be misrepresented by improper brewing, which is why in addition to proper staff training, we treat the service and maintenance of brewers and grinders with the utmost importance. With all the care we take in selecting and roasting coffee, it is imperative that it be brewed properly, on equipment that is working at peak performance.

Our service department is available around the clock seven days a week, and has formal training from and experience with every major manufacturer of espresso and coffee brewing machines.  We will respond swiftly to service calls, and will also provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize the potential of down time. 

Valentine Coffee delivers to our wholesale outlets at least weekly, with more frequent visits to higher-volume partners. All orders are transported in reusable totes, and ground coffee orders are packaged in low-waste, recyclable kraft paper bags – not high-volume corrugated boxes. Inventory management service and mobile invoicing are available for retail accounts.

The experience we have gleaned from years participating in area farmer’s markets keeps us in tune with other related artisanal producers, and informs our waste stream management practices: Valentine sources compostable hot & cold cups, lids, and straws for our wholesale partners. The jute bags our green coffee arrives in from around the world can be seen repurposed in crafts, furniture, gardens, and sack races around town.
